The Portland Paragon features a wide selection of signature cocktails - most made with our own house-infused vodka, tequila and rum. The bar stocks more than 60 brands of premium vodka sourced from around the world. A well-chosen wine list of 25 wines by the glass and a wide selection of domestic and imported beers are available. We feature house DJs Friday through Saturday from 9 pm to close and live music Sundays 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm showcasing Acoustic Latin Flamenco Guitarists Toshi Onizuka & Mariano de Orbegoso.
